Tuesday, April 17, we will have a George Lynn Cross lecture speaker, Dr. David Eissenstat, to visit with us from Penn State University. Dr. Eissenstat specializes in root physiological ecology and below ground processes of ecosystems. He conducts research in areas of global change biology, ecosystem ecology, physiology of fruit crops, and root biology and ecology. He is also an Associate Director of the Northeast Region al Center, DOE National Institute for Climatic Change Research (NICCR).
